In the world there are different theories related with weight loss. You probably listen about different diets, nutritional programs, supplements, medications and even surgeries that have the same goal: trying to bring you in a healthy weight.

You will find the body mass index that is an important tool, that in base of your weight and height; will be determine if your are in a healthy weight, overweight or have obesity problems.

As a health coach, I will recommend a personalized nutritional program in base of your genetics, eating habits, blood type, hormones, allergies, season of the year, and medical conditions.

The time that you are going to spend to lose weight, depends on :

La importancia de perder peso

Hablando de la importancia de perder peso, desde el punto de vista holistico, debemos entender es una forma de prevenir enfermedads como:

  • Enfermedades del Sistema cardiovascular

  • Diabetes

  • Obesidad

  • Accidente cerebrovascular

  • Enfemedades renales y del Higado

  • Dolores articulares

  • Sindrome Metabolico

En el mundo encontramos varias teorias relacionadas con la Perdida de peso. Probablemente haz escuchado acerca de diferentes dietas, programas nutricionales, suplementos, medicamentos e inclusive cirugias que te tienen el mismo gol: ponerte en el peso adecuado.

Encontraras una herramienta importante llamada el Indice de masa corporal (BMI); que en base a tu peso y tu altura pemitira determinar si estas en un peso adecuado, sobrepeso o si por el contrario tienes un problema de obesidad.

Como Health coach, te recomendare un programa personalizado basado en tus antecedentes nutricionales, tu genetica, tipo de sangre, hormonas, alergias , estacion del ano y condiciones medicas.

El tiempo en el cual alcanzaras tu gol depende de:

  • Indice de Masa corporal

  • Condiciones medicas (que podrian prolongar un poco mas el proceso)
