There are important group of foods to consider to follow a balanced diet.

Vegetables:

Eat veggies as: Lettuce, kale, spinach, collard greens, parsley, cilantro. Eat one portion with the most important meals.

Hot veggies, has nutritious properties as well. Asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach are delicious and you are able to eat them during cold weather.

Fruits:

Eat fruit every day.

Talking about fruits we can find variety of colors and textures but them have a common denominator "vitamins and nutrients"

You are able to pick up those during the season, it helps you to save money, investing in your health.

Cereals:

Buck wheat, beans, peas, chickpeas, lentils. Enjoy them in one meal at least 3 times a week.

Proteins:

Fish, tuna, poultry, turkey, and all kind of meats brings health to your organism. In case you are vegetarian, eat cereals already mentioned.

Dieta saludable.

Vegetales:


Lechuga, kale, espinacas, perejil, acelgas, cilantro.

1 porción al almuerzo y 1 a la comida.

Las verduras calientes También tienen grandes propiedades nutritivas.

Espárragos, repollo, brócoli, coliflor, espinacas son muy buenas opciones.

Frutas :

Come fruta todos los días:

Hay una gran variedad de frutas, escoge las de alta temporada que te saldrán más económicas para tu bolsillo y te traerán mucha salud.

Cereales:

Hay cereals muy saludables como:

Buck wheat o kash, frijoles, garbanzos y lentejas.

Disfrutalos por lo menos una vez al dia ¡!!!

Las proteínas igualmente son muy positivas para nuestra dieta, dentro de ellas tenemos:

Pescado, atún, pavo, pollo, carne.

Disfruta tu alimentación y serás saludable.
