Exercise: Zumba !!
One way to relax, enjoy exercise and keep your body moving is through dancing. Zumba is a mix of different rhythms as: salsa, merengue, calypso, quebradita, African, samba among others wonderful sounds.
You are able to keep your cardiovascular system healthy with this kind of exercise. It helps to balance your hormones, mood, immune system plus bring a beautiful smile in your face.
Dancing it’s a way to relax your body and to keep your brain working better. Your skin will be healthier. Exercising and sweating you will improve the heat exchange in your body, turning your skin healthier.
At night will improve your quality of sleep due to the movement, exercise and relaxation; inviting your body to rest well. One the other hand your body will produce important substances call endorphins that will improve your mood, emotions and make you feel happier.
Start dancing only for 10 minutes and then increase 5 minutes with each Zumba fitness. Remember that its important to follow your doctor recommendations. You can ask the question to your health care professional, health coach or brain coach, personal coach; that will guide you to a proper routine according to your needs.

Una forma de relajarte y disfrutar haciendo ejercicio; es moviendo tu cuerpo a través de la danza. Zumba es una mezcla de ritmos diferentes como: salsa, merengue, calipso, quebradita, Africana, samba entre otros ritmos.
Bailando ejercitaras tu sistema cardiovascular. Igualmente improvisaras tu sistema hormonal, humor, inmunológico entre otros y lo mas importante pintara una sonrisa linda en tu cara.
La danza es una forma de relajar tu cuerpo y mantener tu cerebro mas activo y saludable. Tu piel se mantendrá más saludable; especialmente cuando sudas debido a la improvisación del intercambio de calor en tu cuerpo.
Por la noche tendrás una mejor calidad de sueño, debido a que te permite relajarte a través del movimiento; generando sustancias importantes llamadas endorfinas que te ayudan a estabilizar tu estado de animo y a dormir mejor.
Empieza danzando por 10 minutos y luego incrementa 5 minutos cada vez que practiques zumba. Recuerda que es importante seguir las instrucciones de tu Doctor. Igualmente le puedes preguntar a tu profesional de salud, health coach, brain coach o coach personal; que te orientaran para establecer una rutina segura de ejercicios de acuerdo a tus necesidades.
