Today, we are going to talk about foods that will help cells and systems to work better. A healthy plate its characterized for different colors and textures. One portion is conformed by veggies, fruits, cereals, roots, healthy fats, among others.

Banana:

Yellow in color rich in potassium, Vitamin B (thiamine B1, Riboflavin B2, Niacin B3, Folic acid B6, Pantothenic acid and cyanocobalamin) Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Iron, phosphates, magnesium, selenium, zinc, fiber and inulin that give important healthy properties specially for heart, kidneys, muscles, brain, skin and other tissues.

This fruit has healing, anti aging, and anti-inflammatory properties.

Raspberries:

These fruits has an important antioxidant properties help you to prevent colds, flu and other viral infections. Has good properties to keep our brain, cardiovascular, kidney and osteomuscular system.

Raspberries are rich in proanthocyanidins, tannins with important antioxidant effect. Elagic acid helps to regulate cholesterol, triglycerides and glycemic levels. High content of magnesium, potassium, folate, cooper, Vitamin C, Vitamin B3, Omega 3 and fiber.

Comidas que te mantienen Joven

Hablaremos hoy de comidas que te ayudan an mantener tus celulas y tejidos con un buen funcionamiento. El plato saludable esta caracterizado por tener una variedad de colores y texturas. En parte comformado por vegetales, frutas, cereales, raices y grasas saludables entre otras.

Esta fruta es regenadora, anti-inflamatoria y anti-envejecedora.

Frambuesas:

Ricas en acido elagico que es un fitonutriente clasificado en las taninas; grandes contribuidoras de un importante efecto antioxidante. Ricas en Magnesio, Potasio, Folato, Cobre, Vitamina C, Vitamina B3, Omega 3 y Fibra.

Con efectos antioxidantes que le dan propriedades importantes para prevenir resfriados, flu y otras infecciones virales. Se caracteriza por su beneficio a nivel cerebral, cardiovascular, renal, osteomuscular.

Estabiliza los niveles de colesterol, trigliceridos y glucosa.
