Diet its taken from the Greek Diaita meaning a way of living, life, food.

A healthy diet help to keep your system as alkaline as possible. Normally it will include

Carbohydrates, Proteins, Healthy fats, Vital minerals and water. Each element its important to preserve our health and systems working well.

Our government designed the healthy plate that its conformed by:

One portion of fruit, vegetables, one portion of protein and one grain.

My plate is focusing in portion sizes at each meal through simple divisions of a plate. Half of the plate will be fill with fruits and vegetables and we can bring some foods that regularly are find in the food pyramid designed for different cultures.
